DAND was founded by community engagement specialist Oliver Young and logistics expert Peter Richardson in 2007 because they couldn’t find a reliable and targeted distribution company for their projects.
So they created the business they couldn’t find.

Founder & Managing Director
Oliver has worked in communications and engagement for about 20 years, advising government agencies and private industry on major infrastructure, land use and community education projects, including for the Sydney Metro, Infrastructure NSW, Coca-Cola, Lend Lease and Stockland.
He co-founded DAND in response to government and business demand for a distribution and logistics service that was backed by data and run by people with expertise in community engagement.

Director
Peter has significant senior management experience with DHL Express over nearly 20 years in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. From the relatively early days of establishing a truly worldwide operation, through to the highly competitive global express transport marketplace that exists now.
As a founding DanD partner Peter’s logistics expertise combined with an understanding and commitment to customer service has been central to the success of DanD.
